Brownies! I was craving for brownies for a long long time. Thought of making them over the weekend and it turned out to be perfect. Made these no-frill ones with only three key ingredients, one of the easiest recipes in my bucket. To get the perfect fudgy, gooey texture all you need is to have the perfect quantities of each ingredient. I like mine a bit on the bitter side and that’s why I added cocoa powder in this recipe. You can bake them in microwave, OTG or simply on a saucepan.
Preparation:
STEP 1- In a bowl pour nutella, and two eggs. Mix it well
STEP 2- Through a strainer, sieve the refined flour/maida, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Fold it all together.
STEP 3- Then take a baking tray and grease it with butter. Line it with a baking paper. Grease the baking paper lightly with butter.
STEP 4- Pour the batter into the baking tray and bake it in a microwave or an OTG at 180 degree Celsius for 10 MINS.
STEP 5- After 10 mins, pierce a toothpick in the middle of the mixture. If the toothpick comes out with a little fudgy texture, your brownie is cooked. If it comes out liquidy pop it in for another 2 MINS. If it comes out clean that means, it’s overcooked. The time totally depends on the oven, microwave or OTG you are using.
STEP 6- Let it cool for atleast 10 mins before cutting it into square pieces.
STEP 7- Your brownie is ready to be served. Serve it with vanilla ice cream or use it as a base in other deserts.
