Pan Seared Fish! When I don’t have time but want something tasty to eat, that is when I resort to this dish. One of the easiest recipes in my bucket. It has all the qualities that a dish should have, it’s delicious, healthy, tender, juicy, and looks amazing. Do give it a try!
Preparation:
STEP 1- Marinate the fish with lime juice, honey, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, green chilli paste, and garlic paste. Cover it and keep it aside for at least 15 mins.
STEP 2- In a frying pan or a griller, pour 1 TBSP of olive oil and 2 TBSP of butter. Let the butter melt. Keep the flame on medium high.
The olive oil prevents the butter from burning.
STEP 3- Throw in the marinated fish fillets. Fry the fillets for a min on each side or until there is a nice brown color on the fish. Do not overcrowd the pan. Put two fillets at a time. For the next batch repeat STEP 2 and 3.
STEP 4- Your pan seared fish is ready to be served. Serve it with mashed potato, bread and a salad on the side.
